Who we are

Tip Top Fitness (“we,” “us”) is an AI training assistant paired with real certified coaches, built by an independent founder. This privacy policy covers the Tip Top Fitness marketing website (where you're reading this) and the Tip Top Fitness beta web app. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, email hello@tiptopfitness-live.com.

What we collect

On the marketing site, we collect the email address you voluntarily provide when joining the waitlist, plus basic technical information your browser sends (IP address, user agent, page URL) which we use to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic.

On the beta web app, we collect the information you provide during onboarding (fitness level, goals, equipment, injuries), the workouts and sets you log, and the camera-based form data your device computes locally. The camera analysis runs in your browser — raw video is not uploaded.

If you talk to the live AI demo on the homepage, we route your microphone audio to HeyGen and ElevenLabs to power the real-time conversation. We do not store the audio. See “Third parties” below.

How we use it

• Send you one email when Tip Top Fitness v1 opens. No marketing spam.
• Operate the website and the app.
• Prevent abuse of the live AI demo (rate limiting).
• Improve the product (in aggregate, never tied to you personally).

Third parties

We use a small set of third-party services to operate Tip Top Fitness. These each have their own privacy policies:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
• Upstash — rate-limit counters for the live AI demo.
• Supabase — waitlist email storage and (in the app) account / workout history.
• HeyGen — live AI avatar streaming.
• ElevenLabs — AI voice.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

When Tip Top Fitness launches publicly we'll update this policy and add a clear notice on the homepage. Until then, this is a waitlist-stage placeholder and is subject to revision.
